Use these rustic New York L Hinge Straps with 2 1/4 inch offset to replace worn or missing parts, or to build shutter hinges for your specific needs (mounting pintles sold separately). Designed to work with 3/8 inch diameter pintles, they have a 2 1/4 inch offset. Made of galvanized steel.
